| Parts and service support to our customers is a core issue in CSB’s operation.
We have our service bases now located at:

Each of these service bases are complemented with a full team of Service engineers, service vehicles and all special tools and tackles. All the service personnel undergo regular training regularly at various SANDVIK factories to upgrade their skills and also discuss/ exchange notes with their counterparts elsewhere in the world.

A new operating system recently launched will enable us to monitor the Parts movement at each of the above warehouses and simultaneously link this with the age of the existing machines and the new machines being added to generate data on replenishment and ensure availability of all parts. This is advanced stages of implementation throughout the CSB systems.
Together with this, we are also complemented by the SANDVIK INDIA infrastructure in India with whom we work very closely at all times. As a number of equipment installed on the “SANDVIK MOBILES” are also in use by SANDVIK INDIA in the Stationery Plants manufactured and supplied by them at SANDVIK’s factory in Pune, we through this synergy are also able to draw resources for our common objective of ensuring maximum uptime of all our machines. |
