For Construction Aggregates, the type of plant combination used depends on the Blasted Rock quality, capacity desired, Fraction Sizes desired and the quality specifications of the Crushed Aggregates. Accordingly the common plants can be two stage, three stage or four stages. Normally the primary stages are Jaw Crusher and the secondary are Cone crusher. The 3rd and the fourth stage can be Cone or VSI ( vertical shaft impactor) crushers depending on the material and the end product quality desired in terms of shape. Such Crushing & Screening Plants are generally all in Close Circuits.
The Mobile Plants are designed for such adaptations and today can be used to cover almost the entire range of crushing and screening system with the added advantage of being self propelled , self contained and immensely flexible.
