CSB commissions 600 TPH Mobile Crushing and Screening System in two streams one of the remotest corners of the world!!
CSB will do it.... Whatever it takes! CSB has successfully commissioned 8 units of Mobile Crushing & Screening System in one of the remotest corners of the world - in El Muton, Bolivia. CSB engineers conducted this extremely critical and sensitive operation for this large plant together with the technical team of our customer - JINDAL BOLIVIA S.A. The application was difficult as this is the world’d largest Mobile Plant in Operation for the difficult Magnetite Ore calling for specific customised machine setting and application knowledge. This was an extremely sensitive job considering the huge logistics problem with seasonal rainfed river barges as the only transport mean through the South American Mainland and the extremely remote site locations - which was seen a mechanised Plant plant first time ever! Our engineers working together with the engineering team of Jindal Bolivia S.A. have made this impossible possible conducting a number of huge and critical operations of handling, several stages of loading-unloading operations, climbing and tracking each machine to extremely high altitude mining locations, developing special logistic methods & lifting hoisting and transport mechanisms. The successful commissioning and highly satisfactory performance of this plant ever since is a culmination of this huge resolution and the technical expertise demonstrated by CSB and JINDAL team!
