Traditionally Mining has been dominated by Stationery Plants; However during the last decade the Mining Industry has embraced Tracked Plants extensively - and this extends globally to almost all major mining countries. Although a recent development, the Mining Industry in India especially Iron Ore has made rapid strides towards quickly extending huge capacities quickly and very efficiently to cater to the large new demands. CSB has worked very closely with the Iron Ore Mining Sector to develop suitable configuration and machine settings to cater to the specific demands of products and the quality of ore with the objective to optimise the production costs.
CSB has gained extensive experience into working very closely with various Iron Ore Grades, Soft Friable Ore, Hard Ore, and High lateritic content, BHQs etc to convert them into suitable products for pellets, Blast Furnaces, Sponge Plants, and Exports etc. CSB remains the major player in Mobile Crushing solutions in this industry.
Similarly, although at a smaller level comparatively, other mining sectors viz. Coal, Limestone, Dolomite, Manganese have also slowly and steadily going for Mobile Flexible plants. CSB is gaining ground in these sectors slowly with specially configured plant arrangements.
Some of the major reasons that have been driving this sector towards Mobile Plants are:

Minimum gestation period – production starts within a few hours of arrival of M/c at any site. |

Fast and easy changes in configuration to adjust to the changing Feed material character and/or product quality. |
