This covers Crushing, only Screening and also Crusher-Screens Combination units - all on Crawlers fully built-in ready to start operation. These units can be arranged in any suitable complementary combinations to meet the specific performance demands & future considerations as a single project system or to cover multiple quarry/ mining operation..Each unit is totally self contained, self propelled with remote controlled in quarry / Mining Tracks, built-in conveyors / Feeders / other handling & transport sub-units and diesel engine and with all weather fully hydraulic drive system.
The Units for Indian subcontinent are customised with a ‘tropical package’ which has been learnt and developed through the experience of hundreds of installations in these conditions. Accordingly, these has been put together to evolve suitable design incorporations to meet the high ambient, dust and maintenance conditions typical of this part of the world. Along with this many critical components have been redesigned to suit the specific priorities, loading equipment used, material character and constantly changing product specifications. |
